WGU is looking for a Strategic Portfolio Management System Analyst to support the university's enterprise portfolio management function. The role will ensure that portfolio data is accurate, reliable, and actionable, and that the tools and workflows used across the university effectively support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Maintain, configure, and optimize the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) system to support enterprise portfolio processes, reporting, and governance
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across portfolios, programs, initiatives, and dashboards
• Partner with IPM leaders and cross-functional teams to develop enhancements, streamline workflows, and improve system usability
• Build and maintain reporting, metrics, and portfolio insights that support institutional decision-making
• Support training, documentation, change management, and adoption efforts for SPM tools and processes
