Process Technician

The Process Technician II is responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products according to specifications. Weekends & overtime as needed/required.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics and other instructions.
• Ability to use small hand tools, power tools and other basic industrial equipment safely & effectively.
• Forklift certification and experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in non-climate controlled environment.
• Strong knowledge of blow mold process, machine operation, and programming with ability to calibrate machines, review specifications, and verify conformance.
• Experience in mechanical systems (hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical and control systems).
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve product and process issues.
