Clinic Patient Access Representative (PRN)

The Clinic Patient Access Representative (PRN) will register patients presenting to Western Missouri Medical Center for clinical testing, verify accounts, and interact with customers. This role requires high accuracy and professionalism, working independently with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Perform registration duties as requested.
• Obtain correct patient demographic and insurance information.
• Determine Benefits, Co-Pays and deductibles.
• Collect and enter accurate MSP information for Medicare patients.
• Demonstrate competency with equipment, utilizes supplies and equipment properly.
• Demonstrate behaviors which promote professionalism.
• Work without constant supervision, meets deadlines, and makes decision based on relevant facts.
