Requirements
- Polished, engaging, and energetic
- Current or previous multifamily property management experience
- Minimum of 2+ years supervisory background leading a Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds team
- Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting
- Knowledge of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- California Driver's License
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
