Job Description
As a Part Time Leasing Consultant, you will be the first face prospective residents will encounter and must be polished, engaging, and energetic. You will have a knack for selling and excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for leasing apartments and reaping financial benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a sales or marketing type position
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly desired
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- California Driver's License and car insurance
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Yardi Voyager experience a plus
