Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor or Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance professionals, mentoring team members, and working with outside vendors. You will also be responsible for daily apartment maintenance, emergency repairs, unit turnovers, and asset preservation objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years in the multifamily industry
- At least 1+ year of supervisory background leading a commercial or residential Maintenance and Grounds team
- Deep commitment to apply best practices in high-energy and emergency environments
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Yardi Voyager experience a plus
