Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a multimillion-dollar apartment community, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team to maintain and preserve the property. Requirements
- Hands-on maintenance experience in a residential, commercial, or industrial facility environment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and residents
