Instructor, Nursing - Fallon

Western Nevada College (WNC) is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Nursing Instructor primarily based in Fallon, Nevada. This position plays a key role in WNC's strategic expansion of its Nursing Program across its service region and in the ongoing transition of curriculum to meet the evolving healthcare and educational environment.

Requirements

• Deliver nursing curriculum in classroom, laboratory, clinical, and simulation settings
• Teach across multiple levels of nursing education
• Supervise and evaluate students in clinical and laboratory settings
• Participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of nursing curriculum and program outcomes
• Engage in formalized student preparation, success, and support activities
• Collaborate with faculty and staff across campuses to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment of instruction
