Accounts Payable (AP) Associate

Western Pacific Building Materials, a family-owned business, is hiring an Accounts Payable Associate for its Portland Location. The role involves performing day-to-day accounting duties with a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Requirements

• Multi-location reporting
• Enter invoices and vendor statements
• Pay invoices in accordance with credit terms
• Correspond appropriately and as needed with vendors
• Reconcile vendor accounts
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Support month-end closing procedures
• File documents in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist in other areas as needed
