Western Reserve Academy invites an experienced and collaborative Administrative Assistant to join the Academic Office, supporting the smooth functioning of academic operations and serving as a welcoming presence to students, families, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-5 years in an administrative or office support role
• Experience in a school setting or working with students, especially in a boarding or independent school
• Experience managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and handling multiple priorities
• Comfort working with databases or school systems
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with initiative
• Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn school systems and emerging tools
• Experience managing a busy office with a high level of organization
