Requirements

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers and testers.
• Design and develop metadata-driven batch processing framework to handle inbound data from partners and distribute outbound files to multiple partner destinations.
• Develop complex Talend ETL processes for integration between systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and ensure timely delivery of platform-specific solutions.
• Design and manage secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-based software systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs and development practices.
