Job Description
The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will lead in the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, working across all aspects of the deal process, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking, valuation, private equity, or corporate / business development.
- History of leading M & A projects, prioritizing multiple stakeholders with limited resources.
- Expert financial modeling skills and acumen of valuation methodologies.
