Job Description
The Senior Manager, Corporate Development will lead the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions, including qualitative and quantitative analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, and post-merger integration.
Requirements
- Lead M&A projects by facilitating due diligence and conducting financial analysis
- Engage business unit leaders to drive and execute the M&A strategy
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry stakeholders
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Ad-hoc analysis for senior management
