Job Description
The Senior Software Engineering Manager will lead and scale engineering teams across India and the US, driving high-quality software delivery and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 4+ years in people management
- Proven success managing distributed teams across time zones
- Strong technical background in API development, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Java Spring Boot, and databases such as MemDB/Postgres
