Requirements
- Completed education / university degree in administrative sciences, business administration, law, or a comparable qualification
- First practical experiences in consulting or in cross-sectional support functions in project business and / or operations
- IT affinity, basic technical understanding, and interest in the digitalization of the justice system
- Service orientation, communication joy, and developed team skills
- Good abstract thinking, fast graspability, and a high degree of problem-solving competence
- Willingness to take over responsibility, paired with organizational strength
- Careful and structured way of working as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Fluent German skills in writing and speaking
