Job Description
The Westfield Area YMCA is seeking reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join their growing Aquatics team. Lifeguards are responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions, conducting chemical readings, performing swim tests, and fostering a positive member experience. Various shift options are available, with flexible schedules.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must possess Lifeguard, BLS, First Aid and Emergency Oxygen certifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain positive relations with members, participants and staff
