The Westfield Area YMCA is looking for enthusiastic Swim Instructors to join their Aquatics team at their Cranford branch. We offer a fun and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must possess YMCA Swim Instructor Certification along with BLS, First Aid and Emergency Oxygen certifications or equivalent
- Must possess the capabilities and maturity to handle the responsibilities involved in maintaining a safe pool
- Ability to create and maintain positive relations with members, participants and staff
- Excellent communication skills
