Trades II - HVAC

Perform basic HVAC tasks, including completing work orders, executing projects, and conducting preventive maintenance. Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration systems throughout the resort.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC trades within a resort or commercial environment
• Technical certification or HVAC license required
• Experience in troubleshooting HVAC and refrigeration systems required
• Ability to be versatile, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver’s license to drive company vehicles
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
