Job Description
We are seeking a Scrum Master - IT Technology to lead Agile development teams and lead delivery of large-scale enterprise projects. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage project workflows, and coach teams on Agile best practices.
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with demonstrated large-scale project experience.
- Expert proficiency in Jira administration, customization, and project management.
- Technical background with database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Programming experience (Java, Python, C#, or similar)
- Experience with commercial software platforms (SAP, Salesforce)
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle and DevOps practices
- CSM or equivalent Agile certification required.
