Job Description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer I to join our team at Westinghouse Electric Co. in Rock Hill, SC. As a successful candidate, you will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, a 3.0+ GPA, and a passion for technical design and analysis. You will perform tasks such as developing expertise in the design, construction, operation, and decommissioning of nuclear power plants, growing and developing technical expertise in US and international nuclear markets, and working in teams to resolve critical issues impacting the construction and operation of nuclear power plants.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- 3.0+ GPA
- Passion for Technical Design and Analysis
- Eagerness to learn and master engineering software
- Desire to obtain P.E./ E.I.T. with long term goal
- Values safety & quality
- Eager to learn the design and operation of pressurized water reactor (PWR) nuclear power plants
