As a Manager of Piping Engineering you will Manage and allocate resources and materials to support customer projects.

Requirements

• Guide the department onboarding and development program.
• Manage people development activities to ensure transfer and use of critical skills.
• Develop appropriate training and qualification programs to support ongoing staff development, together with Product Managers and other Resource Managers.
• Provide technical support for product development, project implementation, marketing, and sales.
• Provide adequately trained and qualified resources to implement standard projects.
• Assure safety, health and regulatory compliance at Westinghouse sites.
• Implement personnel performance improvement and skills development process to assure Westinghouse competitiveness.
• Develop resource deployment plans.
• Develop both internal and external customer relationships.
• Ensure the performance of work activities in accordance with established Westinghouse procedures.
• Ensure that projects are aligned with department and company goals.
• Engage customers to promote group products and services.
• Oversee the development of process documentation useful to our company.
