Job Description
Manager, Procurement Contracts: Lead international team of contract professionals, support Westinghouse's supply chain operations, negotiate supplier and subcontractor purchase terms and conditions, and ensure compliance with company protocols.
Requirements
- Know, understand, and practice Westinghouse's 'Codes of Business Ethics & Conduct'.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers/subcontractors on terms and conditions issues.
- Manage global contract terms and conditions template(s), analyze customer contract requirements, and develop contracting strategies.
