Job Description
As a Nuclear Safeguards Lead, you will deliver high-quality Nuclear Material Accountancy and Safeguards support across the Springfields site, leading a team of Nuclear Material Accountants and ensuring compliance with UK safeguards regulations and ONR expectations.
Requirements
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Nuclear Material Accountants
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance
- Allocate work, set priorities, and support the delivery of team outputs
- Maintain strong working knowledge of The Nuclear Safeguards (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (NSR19)
- Understand and apply the ONR Nuclear Material Accountancy, Control & Safeguards Assessment Principles (ONMACS)
