Site Lead

The Site Lead will be responsible for the technical execution and timely completion of interventions in compliance with contractual requirements, for the Television Inspection and Special Projects scopes within Reactor Services. The position requires strong technical expertise, team management and coaching skills, and interface management and client relationship skills.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in at least one of the following fields: mechanics, electrotechnics, electronics, NDE
• Knowledge of the nuclear industry
• Fluent English
• Strong technical background with experience in field operations (TV inspection, mechanical activities, piping, NDT – minimum 5 years)
• Team management and coaching skills
• Interface management and client relationship skills
• Strong writing, synthesis, and communication abilities
