Operations Manager - I&C Installations

Operations Manager for I&C Installations at Westinghouse, leading operations and execution of I&C Installation Services product line, managing team, and delivering projects in a safe manner. 25-30% travel required. Based out of Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.

Requirements

• Delivering I&C Installation field projects at customer sites, as contracted in a safe manor.
• Profit and loss responsibilities including delivering aggregate margin-as-delivered.
• Managing team of employees supporting contract delivery.
• Responsible for overall equipment and tooling strategy necessary to deliver projects.
• Responsible for staffing trained, qualified personnel, consistent with contractual requirements.
• Supporting I&C Customer Solutions Manager/Product Manager with product strategy and offer development.
