Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer position at Westinghouse Electric Company in Madrid, Spain. Perform valve setpoints calculations, weak-link calculations, and troubleshooting for nuclear power plant projects. Provide technical assistance and support to outage activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical preferred). Nuclear Engineering Master will be valued
• Experience with MOV (Motor Operated Valves) and AOV (Air Operated Valves)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software Suite (specially focused on Access and Excel)
• Experience with traces Analysis Software (i.e. QUIKLOOK)
• Analytical skills over mechanical and electrical issues on MOV and AOV
• Detailed knowledge over ASME and ASME OM standards and EPRI guides
• Ability to travel to other Westinghouse offices and Customer sites (international travel included)
