Job Description
Area Sales Manager is the face of the company to our dealers, partnering with them to increase funded deals and grow their business. This role requires a consultative sales and management approach, establishing strong relationships with dealers and identifying new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in Financial Services Sector or Car Dealership
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus
