Stonehaus is seeking an exceptional hospitality leader to serve as an Assistant Manager, responsible for leading and inspiring a team of 25–30 front-of-house professionals, delivering outstanding service, and upholding the company's reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume food & beverage environment
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 20+ employees
• Strong financial acumen (labor, cost control, inventory management)
• Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences
• Calm, confident decision-maker under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
