Requirements
- 5-7+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume food & beverage environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams of 20+ employees
- Strong financial acumen (labor, cost control, inventory management)
- Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences
- Calm, confident decision-maker under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
