Job Description
Maintenance supervisors are responsible for directly supervising 10-12 employees and ensuring the safety and well-being of those assigned to them. They are responsible for maintaining all types of mechanical equipment in a chemical production facility.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supervising maintenance crafts in an organized industrial environment
- Previous experience as a journeyman craftsman is desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety focused
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications
- Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
- Must have or be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card
