Requirements
- Good understanding of PC's and PLC troubleshooting
- Installing new plant equipment
- Able to document changes, equipment modifications, and new installations
- Ability to plan work that requires knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principals
- Practice a predictive/preventative approach to electrical and mechanical maintenance issues
- Develop working mechanical and electrical knowledge of material conveying, process water, chilled water, and compressed air systems
- Set up barrels and screws on extruders
- Set up all equipment for production runs
- Install power requirements for equipment modifications and installations
- Comply with company policies for software updating, filing, and archiving of PLC/PC applications
- Knowledge and experience with CMMS programs
- Comply with established safety rules and company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of 5S and lean principles

- Starting pay rate $36.25 per hour + $2.00 per hour shift differential for night shift
