Assistant Director of Admissions – Yield Management

The Assistant Director of Admissions - Yield Management will work with Admissions Representatives to grow admitted students through the financial aid and enrollment process. This role focuses on building relationships with families, identifying promising candidates, and working within the college's financial aid system. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with an understanding of the higher education landscape. It's a stepping stone for those seeking enrollment management positions within Westminster College.

Requirements

• Manage a caseload of prospective students admitted to the College through significant interpersonal communication and relationship building.
• Proactively anticipate student and family needs and manage execution of enrollment solutions through effective communication and problem solving.
• Assist with the development and deployment of yield-based communication flow.
• Meet with prospective students and families during campus visits.
• Produce and disseminate anti-melt communications.
• Actively participate in recruitment and yield events.
• Ability to articulate the value of a liberal arts institution.
• Some travel may be required.
