Head Tennis Coach

Westminster College is seeking a Part-time Head Tennis Coach to supervise student-athletes, administer the tennis program, and contribute to the College's overall success. The role involves recruiting and retaining talented athletes, managing the budget, and upholding academic standards. The Head Tennis Coach will serve as a facilitator for the athletic program and the academic achievement of students. The college promotes an immersive learning experience.

Requirements

• Manages and directs the program.
• Manages all aspects of the team including practicing, competing and scheduling.
• Evaluates and recruits qualified student-athletes.
• Manages a fiscally sound budget.
• Ensures that appropriate rules and regulations are followed.
• Responsible for marketing and promoting the athletic program.
• Works cooperatively with personnel in the athletics department.
• Completes other assigned administrative duties.
