Job Description
Assists with various tasks related to property management, including resident selection, move-in and move-out processes, and rent collection. Performs administrative and financial duties, and conducts unit inspections.
Requirements
- Completed high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
