Job Description
Provides worthwhile benefits and programs that improve the lives of residents, acts as an advocate, facilitator, mediator and community provider, and handles daily operations in the Site Property Manager’s absence.
Requirements
- Develop and implement anti-drug program
- Network with community agencies and businesses
- Increase use of Neighborhood Network Centers
- Serve as an advocate for residents
- Communicate with management and residents
- Mediate conflicts
- Submit required HUD and Corporate reports
- Conduct needs assessment
- Assist with leasing activities
