At Westnet, we are driven by a vision of a world where technology serves as a powerful enabler for businesses and households alike. We are looking for a skilled and talented Systems Administrator to join our IT team and ensure the smooth operation of critical systems and infrastructure.
Requirements
- Manage users and groups in Active Directory (Azure AD)
- Administer resources and services through the Azure Portal
- Provide user support in a Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Deliver Help Desk support for technical issues
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users and equipment
- Monitor systems and resolve technical issues in collaboration with other IT teams
- Administer and maintain Azure, SAP S/4HANA, and Tableau infrastructure
- Monitor Development, Production, and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and minimize downtime
- Participate in the design and implementation of new Entersoft ERP and Power BI infrastructures
- Collaborate with the SOC Department to ensure connectivity and enforce cybersecurity policies across all systems
