Client Account Director-Water/Wastewater

Weston Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Account Director to drive growth in the water and wastewater markets across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and expanding teams, clientele, and technical capabilities in the water and wastewater engineering field.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in engineering from an accredited university.
• 20 or more years of experience in the water and wastewater engineering field including water treatment and distribution and wastewater collection and treatment with more emphasis on industrial wastewater.
• 10 or more years of business development experience in this subject area.
• Broad understanding of current and emerging environmental, regulatory, water, and wastewater needs of those clients.
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations and demonstrated ability to interface and negotiate with regulatory agencies.
• Highly collaborative and willing and able to work with many stakeholders.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employee-owners, clients, and community leaders.
