Job Description
The Foreperson acts as the on-site leader for WesTower Wireline construction crews, responsible for daily organization, supervision, and execution of shallow utility construction projects.
Requirements
- Valid AB Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
- 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications or shallow utility construction
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage diverse crews and complex job sites
- Valid Ground Disturbance Level II certification
- Strong understanding of HDD operations, hydrovac procedures, and open trenching safety
- Ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings and utility locates
- Mechanically inclined problem solver
- Physically fit and able to bend, kneel, climb, and lift (up to 75 lbs.)
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
