Job Description
The Labourer position is an entry-level role that requires individuals to perform manual tasks, including pulling, digging, landscaping, moving, and transferring materials, as part of a team in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Valid AB Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract, and own vehicle
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred
- Physically fit and able to bend, kneel, climb, and lift (up to 75 lbs.)
- Prior experience in underground utility construction with an understanding of utility depths and placement standards
- Ability to drive trucks and trailers as required
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather (i.e., snow, rain, wind, etc.) if required
