Job Description
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director, Specialised Sales, in a fast-moving environment. You'll own diary and inbox management, coordinate travel, expenses, and events, and provide tailored executive support.
Requirements
- Experience supporting senior Executives in a large, complex organisation
- Confidence managing diaries, inboxes and competing priorities with care and accuracy
- Strong digital skills across tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
- A thoughtful, forward-looking approach to how AI can support day to day work
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in everything you do
- Internal and external stakeholder relations
