The Head of UNITE Business Testing will lead hands-on execution of business testing across the UNITE program, ensuring clear test cases, ownership, and operating rhythms are in place to support delivery. The role requires extensive experience leading business testing execution, automation experience, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading business testing execution across large transformation programs
• Experience in large-scale change involving data, platforms, and integrated business in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong experience in test automation, with demonstrated ability to implement and scale it in practice
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to clearly articulate testing progress and risks
• Experience working alongside external partners, with a focus on holding delivery to account
