Join Westpac as a Senior Business Analyst to improve capital calculation, reporting, and governance across the Group, supporting better decision making and stronger regulatory outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, data-heavy environments
- Working knowledge of credit risk and regulatory frameworks such as APS112 and APS113, including LGD, PD, EAD or ECL
- Confidence analysing data, understanding data lineage and interpreting calculation logic, including SAS or similar tools
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and partnering closely with technology teams
- Ability to influence stakeholders, assess impacts and drive outcomes in a risk-aware way
