Senior Manager, Risk - Commodities, Trade & Transition

Join Westpac as a Senior Manager, Risk - Commodities, Trade & Transition and play a key role in providing second-line risk oversight across the Commodities, Trade and Transition business. Support the business through complex change and high-risk initiatives, ensuring risk is well understood and managed throughout the lifecycle of programs and activities.

Requirements

• Experience in operational risk, compliance or risk advisory roles, ideally in financial markets, commodities or trade-related environments.
• A solid understanding of risk governance and second-line oversight.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesise and communicate risk insights clearly.
• Confidence influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and see actions through to completion.
