Senior Product Manager, Cards and Payment Products, supporting the end-to-end transition of Cash & Transactional Banking products through the UNITE program, driving card simplification, migration, and platform rationalisation to enable a simpler bank.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product ownership or product management within banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of cards and payments product suite, including customer journeys and lifecycle.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale customer and product migration initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to drive product delivery in complex, transformation-led environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum practices.
• Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs to deliver business and customer outcomes.
