As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a high-growth portfolio with a strong focus on cashflow lending. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and partner with primary producers, farming enterprises, and agribusiness clients to help drive growth and sustainability across the region.

Requirements

• Strong commercial lending background covering cashflow lending, credit analysis and deal structuring
• Impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new to bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources
• Strong customer focus and a natural people-person
• Experience in credit analysis and deal structuring
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
