Requirements

• Currently working as an experienced Service Owner with Mortgages and Settlements experience preferred
• Proven background in business Performance & Tech delivery with a solid understanding of digital, data and AI Transforming businesses
• Strategic thinker who can move seamlessly from vision to execution, who has the ability to bring external perspectives and best practices from Australia and beyond
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
• Proven problem-solving ability across teams and complex challenges, and confident working in ambiguous environments, providing clarity and direction to your squad
• Demonstrated people leadership skills with a track record of delivering results within budget
