Job Description
Mobile Lending Manager role in Wellington, supporting home buyers and small business owners, building relationships and delivering lending solutions. Proactive networking and prospecting, strong communication and presentation skills required.
Requirements
- 3+ years' home lending experience with strong credit acumen
- Expert knowledge of residential lending, including complex structures
- Experience or confidence in SME lending, able to interpret financials and support small business customers
- NZ Certificate in Financial Services (Level 5) â Residential Property Lending (completed or in progress)
- Flexibility and mobility to meet customers at times and places that work for them
