Job Description
Product Manager - Innovation, Loyalty & Ecosystem 12 month fixed term opportunity to join the Everyday Banking team at Westpac, working on the day-to-day management of the Innovation, Loyalty and Ecosystem portfolio, focusing on the customer experience.
Requirements
- Financial Services Product Management experience
- Strong understanding of acquisition and retention, loyalty landscape and eco system development
- Innovation management skills, capable of bringing creative ideas of others to life
- The ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing a P&L
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
