The Product Remediation Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Westpac New Zealand's commitment to fair customer outcomes, regulatory compliance, and risk management. The role provides end-to-end analytical support across product remediation activities, enabling the identification, investigation, quantification, and remediation of customer harm arising from product, process, or system issues.
