Job Description
Westside Family Healthcare is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting to lead all financial and accounting operations. This role involves overseeing the team, ensuring financial systems support organizational goals, preparing presentations to the Board, and working closely with managers. The goal is to improve health access and support the organization's mission within the Wilmington, DE area.
Requirements
- Supervise Accounting and Finance team
- Develop departmental objectives with the CFO
- Develop financial reports, including balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and variance analysis
- Oversee annual audits and financial reporting
- Prepare statistical information and reports for management
- Develop grant management processes
- Work with the CFO to prepare financial statements
