Customer Solutions Engineer will drive customer success and growth by designing, implementing, and supporting WEX solutions for global B2B customers. The role involves working with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver technical delivery, system configuration, integration, and testing.
Requirements
- Motivated, agile and technically proficient individual
- Previous experience within the EMEA region in a similar customer-facing role
- Domain expertise in Travel Technology and/or Finance Industries
- Technical depth in explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve multi-faceted technical issues
- Project management skills to accelerate the selling process and delivery timeline
