Job Description
Senior Android Engineer position, working remotely but residing within 30 miles of specified locations, building new applications and consolidating existing fleet management portfolio. Collaboration with native iOS and Android engineers to deliver scalable, production-grade mobile experiences for 250k+ users. Drive technical direction, influence design, and champion UI/UX excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Gradle, and dependency injection
- Strong understanding of modern Android architecture patterns and modularization strategies
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and real-time communication patterns
- Proficiency with unit, integration, and UI testing and advanced debugging practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and managing Play Store releases
